Data collected by the site
The site has no accounts, newsletters or forms that store data. The booking form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp: your data only reaches us if you choose to send it, and from then on we use it only to reply to you and manage your booking.
When you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd under its own privacy policy.
Browsing data
For technical and security reasons, the hosting service (Netlify) logs access data, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for a limited period.
Availability calendar
The home pages and the Book page show the nights already booked, taken from the homes' Booking.com calendar (dates only, no guest data). To display them, your browser requests them from a server of Safetyone Ingegneria srl hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy (www.safetyone.it) which, like any web server, logs the IP address and the request for technical and security purposes. No cookies are used.
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools. There are no embedded maps, videos or social media buttons.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
