Why book direct?
Because you pay 10% less than on online booking platforms for the same dates, with no fees, and you deal directly with us.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
How does check-in work?
It's self check-in: before you arrive, we send you instructions for collecting the keys from the lockbox. If you need anything, you can reach us on WhatsApp.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, in both homes. Just mention it in your request.
Is there a cot and room for children?
Yes, there's a cot in both homes. Vanity House also has a chair bed for small children.
Where can I park?
At La Casa del Buonviaggio there's free parking about 100 m away. In the centre, near Vanity House, spaces are mostly for residents: your best bet is the Porto Mirabello car park, about 500 m away.
Is there a lift?
Yes at Vanity House, but it starts from the mezzanine floor (half a flight of stairs). La Casa del Buonviaggio is on the third floor with no lift.
How do I pay?
A deposit when you book, then the balance and tourist tax no later than 5 days before arrival. We'll give you the payment details when you confirm.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I smoke?
No, smoking is not allowed indoors.
How do I get to the Cinque Terre?
By train from the central station or Migliarina, or in summer by ferry from the Morin promenade, 350 m from Vanity House.
